Making a Complaint

2 / Wait for us to get in touch
We'll be in touch using the details you provided. We may need to ask some more questions at this stage.
3 / Provide the information we need
We may need amounts, dates or other details to put together an effective complaint. We can obtain a lot of information from the fiorms you were dealing with so we may ask for your permission to contact them on your behalf.
4 / Wait for an outcome
Once we have the information we will determine whether you have grounds to make a complaint and if so prepare a detailed complaint and issue this to the relevant party. We will deal with all queries and request from the firm and where necessary challenge them on their findings.
