Our team of experts will review your complaint promptly and provide you with guidance on the next steps to take. We may contact you to clarify details of your complaint using the method you prefer.

Wait for us to get in touch

We’ll be in touch using the details you provided. We may need to ask some more questions at this stage.

Step 3

Provide the information we need

We may need amounts, dates or other details to put together an effective complaint. We can obtain a lot of information from the firms you were dealing with so we may ask for your permission to contact them on your behalf.

Step 4

Wait for an outcome

Once we have the information we will determine whether you have grounds to make a complaint, prepare a detailed complaint and issue this to the relevant party. We will deal with all queries and requests from the firm and where necessary challenge them on their findings.
