Our Background

We play an important role in financial services. Whilst mechanisms for customers of financial instituions to make formal complaints about firms exist, they can be difficult to navigate. The industry is rife with technical terms and processes that can put off even the most determined and maligned customer.

Our role is help individual customers navigate the formal complaints process. With our extensive experience working with and for a variety of banks and advice firms we have the techncial knowledge and experience to put together claims that firms cannot shrug off or win a war of attrition by baffling customers with science.

Regulated and Authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority our team includes former Independent Financial advisers, mortgage brokers and compliance specialists with the highest level of industry qualifications (Chartered and beyond).

We are confident we can assess your circumstances and where warranted submit a comprehensive, accurate claim that will ensure these firms give the complaint due regard.
